Bei Instandsetzungen mit<br />
Spritzbeton und -mörteln ist<br />
die Abstimmung der Mörteleigenschaften<br />
auf den Untergrund<br />
von größter Wichtigkeit<br />
für Funktionalität und Dauerhaftigkeit<br />
der Maßnahmen<br />
[14]. Hauptproblem ist hierbei<br />
meistens ein ungünstiges Zusammenspiel<br />
von Schwindverhalten<br />
und Steifigkeit des<br />
Mörtels; viele Dauerhaftigkeitsprobleme<br />
lassen sich darauf zurückführen.<br />
Neu sind Tunnelauskleidungen<br />
mit weißem geschliffenem<br />
Spritzmörtel anstelle<br />
des üblichen hellen Anstrichs<br />
auf Straßen<strong>tunnel</strong>wänden zum<br />
Verringern des Unfallrisikos; damit<br />
lassen sich auch die Wartungskosten<br />
verringern.<br />
Spritzbeton beim<br />
Bauablauf<br />
In vielen Fällen wird Spritzbeton<br />
heute mit Hilfe von<br />
Spritzbetonmanipulatoren<br />
eingebaut – zur Produktionssteigerung<br />
und projektspezifisch<br />
entworfen, rechtzeitig<br />
geplant und in Nachläufersysteme<br />
für Spreng- und ma-<br />
Neumann<br />
In <strong>tunnel</strong>ling deformations can<br />
occur in the event of squeezing<br />
rock, which do not accept conventional<br />
shotcrete – not even<br />
plastic-modified varieties; then<br />
usually slots with deformation<br />
elements are applied. Now a compressible<br />
shotcrete (COMGUN) is<br />
being tried out, based on findings<br />
with the compressible annular<br />
gap mortar (COMPEX) used for<br />
TBM drives and a corresponding<br />
test method developed.<br />
When carrying out repairs<br />
with shotcrete and sprayed<br />
mortar it is essential that their<br />
properties are compatible with<br />
the surface to ensure that the<br />
measures function properly and<br />
are sustainable [14]. In this case<br />
the main problem is usually an<br />
unfavourable co-action between<br />
the creeping behaviour and the<br />
stiffness of the mortar; many problems<br />
relating to durability can<br />
be attributed to this.<br />

risk of accidents are a novelty; in<br />
this way maintenance costs can<br />
be reduced.<br />
Shotcrete during the<br />
Construction Process<br />
Nowadays in many cases shotcrete<br />
is placed by means of spraying<br />
manipulators – designed to<br />
increase production and for a<br />
specific project, timely planned<br />
and installed in the back-up systems<br />
for drill+blast and mechanised<br />
<strong>tunnel</strong> drives [15, 16], i.e.<br />
TBMs with shotcrete robots. In<br />
spite of constricted space conditions<br />
in the <strong>tunnel</strong> and other<br />
jobs taking place at the same<br />
time, such spraying robots must<br />
possess maximum availability<br />
as well as opportunities for servicing<br />
and cleaning them. Certainly<br />
the norms and guidelines<br />
represent an important element<br />
for ensuring quality is adhered<br />
to, however in the end just how<br />
construction is executed is largely<br />
determined by the nozzle operator;<br />
