Guten Tag liebe Leserinnen, guten Tag liebe Leser
Facelifting zur zehnten Ausgabe, eine Grillschürze für alle
«Gault Millau»-Grillköche, die Personalumfrage und ihre
Ergebnisse und die besten Wünsche für die kommenden
Ferien- und Erholungstage sind die Gedanken unserer
Nummer. Und wie heisst es immer so schön: Das Vorwort
muss wie die Ouvertüre zu einem Meisterwerk sein, einen
Vorgeschmack vermitteln und das Leitmotiv aufzeigen.
Für die neue Ausgabe haben wir uns entschieden, die Hauszeitung
aufzupeppen, leichter und beschwingter zu machen
und aus der vielfältigen CPH-Welt zu berichten. Die Personalumfrage
hat uns manches aufgezeigt. Viel Positives, aber
auch Möglichkeiten, einiges besser zu machen. Wir glaubten
doch alle, dass unsere Prozesse hervorragend seien – denkste,
hier ist Handlungsbedarf angesagt. Zusammensitzen,
moderieren, was läuft gut, was läuft weniger gut. Mit welchen
Massnahmen ist was besser zu machen – dies dann
vereinbaren, umsetzen, überprüfen und wieder verbessern.
Dazu folgender Gedanke: Wenn zwei Lebenspartner keine
Vereinbarung treffen, wer den Kehrichtsack vom Balkon
zum Container bringt, kann dies Folgen haben. Also machen
die beiden ab, wer wann den Kehricht entsorgt. Dann gibts
keinen Ärger. Geregelte Prozesse helfen, Ärger zu vermeiden.
Greetings dear readers,
This, our 10 th Edition, has gotten a facelift. Our No. 10 includes
barbecue aprons for all Gault Millau barbecue chefs,
results of a staff survey, and our best wishes for the coming
holiday and leisure time. As is put so well: a forward should
be like the overture of a masterpiece – giving just a little
taste of what is to come.
We decided to spice up this issue of the company magazine a
little, making it more light-hearted and lively, while reporting
on the diverse CPH world. The staff survey revealed a lot.
There was plenty of positive feedback, but also some ideas
for improvement. We are all of one mind, though, when it
comes to our excellent processes – but there is also some
need for action. Sitting down together, discussing what is
working well and what less so. Deciding what measures
should be taken – then coming to an agreement, implementing
and monitoring them and continuing to improve. One
thought here: if partners don’t agree on who should take the
rubbish from the balcony to the rubbish bin, it could cause
problems. However, if they decide who will take what and
when, no one gets angry. Standardised procedures help
avoid aggravation.

Die Euro haben wir erfolgreich hinter uns gebracht, und ich
nehme an, dass Ihre Lieblingsmannschaft gewonnen hat.
Bereits steht das nächste Kapitel an – die Ferien. Hand aufs
Herz: Haben Sie sich nicht auch schon auf die tollen Ferien
im Kreise der Lieben gefreut, und dann hats den berühmten
Krach mit all seinen Facetten gegeben? Wie ist dies zu vermeiden?
Auseinandersetzungen gehören zum Leben wie
das Salz zur Suppe. Folgendes könnte vor Ferienbeginn helfen:
Abmachen, was gegenseitig von den Ferien erwartet
wird, dann danach leben und es auch einhalten! So ist das
Erwartungsmanagement erfüllt und es gibt garantiert keinen
Krach.
Damit auch gar nichts anbrennt, schenken wir Ihnen zu
dieser Ausgabe gerne eine Grillschürze, sie soll sie vor
Schmutz bewahren, wenn Sie was Feines grillen. Nun wünsche

The Euro is successfully behind us and I assume that your
favourite team won. The next chapter is already waiting in
the wings – holidays. Be honest: haven’t you ever looked forward
to spending your holidays with loved ones? Only to have
it fall apart into those all-too-familiar blowups with their
many facets? How can this be avoided? Quarrelling is as
much a part of life as is salt to soup. Try out this tip before
your holidays begin and see whether it doesn’t help: sit down
together and agree to what you expect from your holidays –
then stick to them! By managing your expectations, you will
be able to fulfil them and no more arguments – guaranteed.
Just to make sure you don’t get burned, we are including a
barbecue apron with this issue. It should keep you from getting
messy when you’re grilling something great. On the part
