Animals must be registered or eligible for registration in the Shetland Pony Stud Book (see
Reg.36).
The right is reserved that if insufficient entries are forward, to amalgamate classes, or to
divide classes if numbers dictate.
ALL FOALS MUST BE AT LEAST 3 WEEKS OLD ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW.
826 Mare or Gelding, Four years old and over.
827 Entire Male, Four years old and over.
828 Filly, Colt or Gelding, Yearling - foaled in 2012.
829 Filly, Colt or Gelding, Two years old - foaled in 2011.
830 Filly, Colt or Gelding, Three years old - foaled in 2010.
Champion & Special Prizes
H111 Champion Standard Shetland Pony - Devon County Show Rosette and the
Danesborough Perpetual Challenge Cup offered by Sir Jeremy Boles Bt, (Ref 83)
and the SWPA Qualifying Card. The Shetland Pony Stud Book Society offer a
Champion and Reserve Champion Rosette.
Winner in 2012 - Mr D A J Hodge & Mr J M Walters.
H112 Junior Championship - A SPSBS Rosette to best exhibit born in 2012, 2011 or
2010.
H113 The Shetland Pony Stud Book Society offer a rosette for the best foal exhibited with
its dam in Class 826.
H114 The Shetland Pony Stud Book Society offer a Best Gelding Rosette to the highest
placed gelding in Class 826.
H115 The South West Shetland Pony Group offers a Special Rosette to the highest placed
pony owned by a member of the SWSP Group in each of the above classes. Please
note a current membership card MUST be produced in the ring.
H116 The Wessex Shetland Pony Group offer a special rosette for the highest placed
member in each of the above classes. Members to produce a 2013 membership card
