847 Mountain & Moorland Leading Rein, Mare or Gelding, Four years old and over,<br />
not exceeding 122cm (12.0hh), registered in the Pure Bred Section of the Breed<br />
Societies Stud Book of the Dartmoor, Exmoor, Shetland, New Forest, Welsh Section<br />
A or B (part breds are not eligible). Riders must have attained their 3rd birthday but<br />
must not have attained their 9th birthday before 01 January in the current year, to be<br />
lead by an attendant. To be shown in a snaffle bridle, lead rein to be attached to the<br />
noseband only.<br />
NPS/Area 25 Home Produced Ridden Championship - wear white armband.<br />
848 Mountain and Moorland First Ridden, Mare or Gelding, Four years old and over,<br />
not exceeding 128cm (12.2hh), registered in the Pure Bred Section of the Breed<br />
Societies Stud Book of Dartmoor, Exmoor, Shetland, New Forest, Welsh Section A<br />
or B (Part breds are not eligible). Riders must have attained their 3rd birthday but not<br />
have attained their 12th birthday before 01 January in the current year.<br />
NPS/Area 25 Home Produced Ridden Championship - wear white armband.<br />
Merit rosettes will be awarded to all non-prize winning exhibitors in both classes.<br />

The first three ponies in class 847 will go forward to the Final to be held at the NPS Summer<br />
Championship <strong>Show</strong>, Malvern in August. A pony may only qualify once. Qualification may go<br />
no lower than third place.<br />

H145 To the Best Registered Pedigree Dartmoor Pony in class 847, the winner must be a member of<br />
the Dartmoor Pony Society, the Dartmoor Pony Society offer a Rosette. Current membership<br />
card must be produced in the ring before the rosette is awarded.<br />
