Radiographic evidence of cysts within bones was not common.
The costochondral junction of rib 10 on the right side of NSH 3 con-
tained one large resorption cyst approximately 8 mm. in diameter
(Fig. 22). Only ribs 3 and 10 on the right side were radiographed.
The proximal epiphyseal line of the radius in NSI-I 2 and 3 was
widened at scattered points projecting 2 to 3 mm. into the metaphysis.
The epiphyseal lines of the humerus, femur, and tibia showed similar
but less advanced changes.
