Selecting the Proper Flow Rate:<br />

The PICCV-20-010 (-PT) can be ordered in 6 GPM to 10 GPM<br />

flow rate increments, as stated in the table below.<br />

If you wish to re-program to the values listed in the table below:<br />

Example 1: The application requires a 6 GPM flow rate.<br />

Solution: Order the PICCV-20-006<br />

Example 2: The application requires a 8.5 GPM flow rate.<br />

Solution: Order the PICCV-20-010 and re-program to the<br />

below setting for 8.5 GPM. As a standard, the<br />

PICCV is available in flows of 8 GPM and 9 GPM.<br />

If you desire 8.5 GPM and have a Normally Closed<br />

(NC) valve, simply reprogram the maximum setting<br />

to 82% and minimum setting of 0% as indicated on<br />

the chart below.<br />

The PICCV has a unique feature in that the GPM can be adjusted by adjusting the minimum and maximum settings.<br />

Please note that the settings are different for Normally Closed<br />

(NC) and Normally Open (NO) operation. When ordering,<br />

please specify NO or NC operation.<br />

Selecting the Proper Control Signal<br />

Select one of the MFT codes below for the signal required.<br />

Example: A 6 GPM flow rate is required, spring return actuator,<br />

2-10 VDC signal.<br />

Solution: PICCV-20-006 + LF24-MFT US + P-10019.<br />

Engineering Note: The 3/4” PICCV utilizes a uniquely engineered<br />

valve body to achieve the listed flow rate offerings.<br />

Variable GPMs are further realized using Belimo’s registered<br />

Multi-Function Technology®. The PICCV-20-010 offers nominal<br />

flow rates that are adjustable from 6 to 10 GPM. Please follow<br />

MFT guideline settings when configuring the PICCV MFT actuators<br />

in the field.<br />
