® Available
PICCV’s are available in a wide variety of the standard maximum
flow rates as listed. This allows you to match the design
flow rate much more accurately then it was possible with the
selection of Cv-value of a conventional valve. If you want to
customize the maximum flow rate of a PICCV you can do so,
as noted in the increments in the table below. In an additional
process we will set the PICCV to a specific flow rate to match
your design flow, as noted in the table below. The smallest
available increment is 0.50 GPM and the smallest flow is
0.50 GPM.

Factory calibrated PICCV’s will be programmed to a customized
flow setting as mentioned in the opposite paragraph.
Additionally, each single valve will be installed in a calibration
rig to verify the flow rate with a high quality flow measurement
device, calibrated to the requirements of ANSI/ISA -75.02-
1996, with traceability to NIST standards. For each PICCV
calibrated you will receive a test certificate. Using this procedure
allows for the highest flow accuracy in the field.
†Operating pressure ranges are 5-10 psi,10-30 psi, 30-50 psi.
Default pressure range is 5-30 psi.
Expected flow accuracy ±5% (related to nominal valve flow).
This service is available for the 1/2” to 1-1/4” PICCV15-0.50 (-PT)
to PICCV-32-026-PT.
