Selecting the Proper Flow Rate:<br />
The PICCV-40-033-PT can be ordered in 26 GPM to 33 GPM<br />
flow rate increments, as stated in the table below.<br />
If you wish to re-program to the values listed in the table below:<br />
Example 1: The application requires a 28 GPM flow rate.<br />
Solution: Order the PICCV-40-028-PT<br />
Example 2: The application requires a 31 GPM flow rate.<br />
Solution: Order the PICCV-40-033-PT and re-program to<br />
the below setting for 31 GPM. As a standard, the<br />
PICCV is available in flows of 26, 28, 30, and 33<br />
GPM. If you desire 31 GPM and have a Normally<br />
Closed (NC) valve, simply reprogram the maximum<br />
setting to 89%, and minimum setting of 0%<br />
as indicated on the chart below.<br />

The PICCV has a unique feature in that the GPM can be adjusted by adjusting the minimum and maximum settings.<br />

Please note that the settings are different for Normally Closed<br />
(NC) and Normally Open (NO) operation. When ordering, please<br />
specify NO or NC operation.<br />
Selecting the Proper Control Signal<br />
Select one of the MFT codes below for the signal required.<br />
Example: A 26 GPM flow rate is required, non-spring return<br />
actuator, 2-10 VDC signal.<br />
Solution: PICCV-40-026-PT + AF24-MFT US + P-10019.<br />
Engineering Note: The 1-1/2” PICCV utilizes a uniquely engineered<br />
valve body to achieve the listed flow rate offerings.<br />
Variable GPMs are further realized using Belimo’s registered<br />
Multi-Function Technology ® . Please follow MFT guideline settings<br />
when configuring the PICCV MFT actuators in the field.<br />
Note: Minimum and Maximum Settings differ for the<br />
ARX24-MFT and AF24-MFT US actuators.<br />
