The PICCV has a unique feature in that the GPM can be adjusted by adjusting the minimum and maximum settings.<br />

Selecting the Proper Flow Rate:<br />

The PICCV-25-016 (-PT) can be ordered in 11 GPM to 16 GPM<br />

flow increments, as stated in the table below.<br />

The PICCV-25-018 (-PT) can be ordered in 17 GPM to 19 GPM<br />

flow rate increments, as stated in the table below.<br />

If you wish to re-program to the values listed in the table below:<br />

Example 1: The application requires a 14 GPM flow rate.<br />

Solution: Order the PICCV-25-014<br />

Example 2: The application requires a 15 GPM flow rate.<br />

Solution: Order the PICCV-25-016 and re-program to the<br />

below setting for 15 GPM. As a standard, the PICCV<br />

is available in flows of 14 GPM and 16 GPM. If you<br />

desire 15 GPM and have a Normally Closed (NC)<br />

valve, simply reprogram the maximum setting to<br />

83%, and minimum setting of 0% as indicated on<br />

the chart below.<br />

Please note that the settings are different for Normally Closed<br />

(NC) and Normally Open (NO) operation. When ordering, please<br />

specify NO or NC operation.<br />

Selecting the Proper Control Signal<br />

Select one of the MFT codes below for the signal required.<br />

Example: A 14 GPM flow rate is required, non-spring return<br />

actuator, 2-10 VDC signal.<br />

Solution: PICCV-25-014 + LF24-MFT US + P-10019.<br />

Engineering Note: The 1” PICCV utilizes two uniquely engineered<br />

valve bodies to achieve the listed flow rate offerings. Variable<br />

GPMs are further realized using Belimo’s registered Multi-Function<br />

Technology®. The PICCV-25-016 offers nominal flow rates that<br />

are adjustable from 11 to 16 GPM. The PICCV-25-018 offers nominal<br />

flow rates that are adjustable from 17 to 19 GPM range.<br />

Please follow MFT guideline settings when configuring the PICCV<br />

MFT actuators in the field.<br />
