Pressure Independent Characterized Control Valve with P/T Ports and MFT, Non-Spring Return Actuator 2”, 33 – 40 GPM The PICCV has a unique feature in that the GPM can be adjusted by adjusting the minimum and maximum settings. Selecting the Proper Flow Rate: The PICCV-50-040-PT can be ordered in 33 GPM to 40 GPM flow rate increments, as stated in the table below. If you wish to re-program to the values listed in the table below: Example 1: The application requires a 33 GPM flow rate. Solution: Order the PICCV-50-033-PT Example 2: The application requires a 34 GPM flow rate. Solution: Order the PICCV-50-040-PT and re-program to the below setting for 34 GPM. As a standard, the PICCV is available in flows of 33 GPM and 36 GPM. If you desire 34 GPM and have a Normally Closed (NC) valve, simply re-program the maximum setting to 79%, and a minimum setting of 0% as indicated on the chart below.
