In the "<strong>Sat</strong>ellite Scan" menu you set the receiver searching for<br />
programmes on a satellite. Move to the menu line you want using the<br />
buttons. On the first line, press or <br />
to select whether to<br />
scan for only FTA or FTA and encrypted (scrambled) programmes.<br />
You can also set one of the registered programme providers, e.g.<br />
PREMIERE. Press or to set the satellite you want. Then press<br />
to start the scan.<br />
If you want to change your system to a completely new satellite, you<br />
will need to manually enter at least one known transponder in order to<br />
start the scan (see “TP Edit/Scan”). You can obtain the necessary<br />
information from the relevant TV and satellite magazines or Internet<br />
websites.<br />
During scanning, the signal quality, the scanning progress and the<br />
new programmes found are displayed.
