CAUTION
• Avoid contact with surgical lights or other overhead fixtures.
Maximum Transport Load: 12 liters at maximum height of 2.25
meters (7 ft 4 inch), 6 liters at maximum height of 2.54 meters
(8 ft 4 inch) from floor to bag hanger.
• To raise the pole, push and hold the Membrane Switch Up Arrow
located on the left side of the Automatic Pole until the pole reaches
the desired height, or until the pole reaches its highest position;
release the Membrane Switch.
Note: Observe that the Disposable Set is not snagged as the Pole is
extended.
• To lower the pole, push and hold the Membrane Switch Down
Arrow until the pole reaches the desired height, or until the pole
reaches it lowest position; release the Membrane Switch.
B–Change the Fluid Bag
1 Close the clamp under empty bag.
2 Remove the empty fluid bag from the fluid bag hanger.
3 Remove the spike from the empty fluid bag.
4 Spike the new fluid bag.
5 Hang the new fluid bag on the fluid bag hanger.
6 Open the clamp.
9.3 After Use
1 Close all clamps.
2 Turn the Fluid Warmer OFF.
3 Remove the Disposable Set from the Fluid Warmer.
4 Properly discard the Disposable Set in containers marked for
biohazardous materials. Dispose by incineration, or follow hospital
policies and procedures applicable for the disposal of biohazardous
material.
5 Visually check the condition of the device. Remove from service any
unit that shows physical damage.
6 Clean the device with warm soapy water.
