Crisp<br />
4 cups ground cherries<br />
¾ cup organic sugar<br />
2 tablespoons flour<br />
Mix and place in buttered 8 x<br />
8” baking dish.<br />
Topping:<br />
½ cup Earth Balance natural<br />
Buttery Spread<br />
½ cup flour<br />
½ cup oatmeal<br />
½ cup organic brown sugar<br />
Mix topping until crumbly,<br />
and place over ground cherry<br />
mixture. Bake at 350 degrees<br />
for approximately 30 minutes<br />
until bubbly and top is brown.<br />
