Understanding the URIWW Bacterial Data Sheet<br />

Location: The name <strong>of</strong> the waterbody or specific site from which the sample was collected.<br />

Date Setup: The date on which the sample was filtered and placed on the media. This<br />

SHOULD be the same data as the sample date (the usual hold time for samples < 6 hours). In<br />

the event that it is not the same as the sample date, the sample date should be written in<br />

parenthesis next to the location identification.<br />
