(6) Prepare and submit, as required, a SAPR Program P<strong>AR</strong>T evaluation in accordance with OMB guidance.<br />

b. The ACSIM/CG, Installation Management <strong>Command</strong> will—<br />

(1) Enforce the submission of sexual assault data by installation S<strong>AR</strong>Cs using the Defense Case Record Management<br />

System, or the DCS, G–1 Interim Reporting Solution until Defense Case Record Management System is fielded.<br />

(2) Include the <strong>Army</strong> SAPR Program in the ACS Accreditation Program in accordance with <strong>AR</strong> 608-1.<br />

(3) Submit an annual report (no later than 1 Dec, for the previous fiscal year) to the DCS, G–1 SAPR PM. The<br />

report will include, at a minimum—<br />

(a) Findings as a result of ACS accreditation inspections conducted during the year.<br />

(b) SAPR related training, initiatives/actions, policies and/or procedures implemented by ACSIM/IMCOM during<br />

the calendar year.<br />

(c) SAPR related initiatives/actions planned to be taken in the coming year.<br />

(d) Recommendations for changes to <strong>Army</strong> SAPR Program or policy.<br />

(e) Any resource shortfalls and the potential implications they carry with respect to impact on standard of service<br />

and recommended solutions to overcome these shortfalls.<br />

(f) Status of S<strong>AR</strong>C, deployable S<strong>AR</strong>C, IVA, and UVA training, as required by <strong>AR</strong> <strong>600</strong>-<strong>20</strong>, appendix I.<br />

(g) Assessment of the implementation of MOA and MOU with local civilian communities and other Government<br />

agencies.<br />

(h) Assessment of the implementation of S<strong>AR</strong>B.<br />

c. Office of the Surgeon General/<strong>Command</strong>ing General, Medical <strong>Command</strong> will—<br />

(1) Conduct periodic evaluations of medical services related to sexual assault cases under the <strong>Army</strong> SAPR Program.<br />

(2) Submit an annual report (NLT 1 Dec for the previous fiscal year) to the DCS, G–1 SAPR PM. The report will<br />

include, at a minimum—<br />

(a) General findings from any OTSG/MEDCOM evaluation of medical services related to sexual assault cases under<br />

the <strong>Army</strong> SAPR Program.<br />

(b) SAPR related policies and/or procedures implemented by OTSG/MEDCOM during the year.<br />

(c) SAPR related initiatives/actions planned to be taken in the coming year.<br />

(d) Recommendations for changes to <strong>Army</strong> SAPR Program or policy.<br />

(e) Any resource shortfalls and the potential implications they carry with respect to impact on standards of care and<br />

possible solutions to overcome these shortfalls.<br />

(f) Status of the availability at MTF of supplies needed for the treatment of victims of sexual assault who present at<br />

a MTF, including rape kits/SAFE kits, and supplies for testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections and<br />

diseases, including HIV, and testing for pregnancy. Status should include MTF in CONUS, OCONUS and deployed<br />

locations (to the extent information is available for deployed locations through MEDCOM channels).<br />

(g) Status of healthcare provider responder training as required by <strong>AR</strong> <strong>600</strong>-<strong>20</strong>, appendix I.<br />

d. Office of The Judge Advocate General will—<br />

(1) Conduct periodic evaluations of legal services related to sexual assault cases under the <strong>Army</strong> SAPR Program.<br />

(2) Submit an annual report (NLT 1 Dec for the previous Fiscal Year) to the DCS, G–1 SAPR PM. The report will<br />

include, at a minimum—<br />

(a) General findings from any OTJAG evaluation of legal services related to sexual assault cases under the <strong>Army</strong><br />

SAPR Program.<br />

(b) SAPR related policies and/or procedures implemented by OTJAG during the year.<br />

(c) SAPR related initiatives/actions planned to be taken in the coming year.<br />

(d) Recommendations for changes to <strong>Army</strong> SAPR Program or policy.<br />

(e) Any resource shortfalls and the potential implications they carry with respect to impact on standard of service<br />

and possible solutions to overcome these shortfalls.<br />

(f) Status of judge advocate responder training as required by <strong>AR</strong> <strong>600</strong>-<strong>20</strong>, appendix I.<br />

e. Office of The Inspector General may provide SAPR inspection reports upon request from the DCS, G–1 or as<br />

directed by the Executive Office of the Headquarters (EOH).<br />

f. The OCCH will—<br />

(1) Conduct periodic evaluations of chaplain services provided to victims of sexual assault under the <strong>Army</strong> SAPR<br />

Program.<br />

(2) Submit an annual report (NLT 1 Dec for the previous fiscal year) to the DCS, G–1 SAPR PM. The report will<br />

include, at a minimum—<br />

(a) General findings from any OCCH evaluation of chaplain services provided to victims of sexual assault under the<br />

<strong>Army</strong> SAPR Program.<br />

(b) SAPR policies and/or procedures implemented by OCCH during the year.<br />

(c) SAPR Initiatives/actions planned to be taken in the coming year.<br />

(d) Recommendations for changes to <strong>Army</strong> SAPR Program or policy.<br />
