The Liturgical Constitution:<br />
“Sacrosanctum Concilum”<br />
It was enacted on December 4, 1963, sixteen years after<br />
Pius X<strong>II</strong>’s “Mediator Dei” of 1947. In that encyclical, Pius<br />
X<strong>II</strong> strongly defended some doctrinal principles that are insurmountable<br />
because they are founded on the dogma and two<br />
millennia of tradition and are necessary to preserve the Faith<br />
and protect it from violation or abrogation.<br />
In his encyclical, Pius X<strong>II</strong> defines Liturgy as:<br />
«The Sacred Liturgy is the public worship that<br />
Our Savior and Head of the Church offers to<br />
the Heavenly Father and that the community of<br />
believers in Christ offers to His Founder, and<br />
through Him, to the Heavenly Father; in sum, it<br />
is all the public worship of the Body of Jesus<br />
Christ, Head of the church.»<br />
The liturgical revolution in the context of the “Roman<br />
rite” of the Catholic Church has managed to destroy not only<br />
that rite, but also the Catholic faith of many believers. There<br />
are numerous examples of this, such as this one.<br />
Archbishop Dwyer of Portland, wrote in a letter:<br />
«People who take Holy Communion are flocking<br />
together to the Communion rail in every<br />
type of clothing, from short pants to other<br />
clothes that are similar to bathing suits (...) Music,<br />
nowadays, is jazz with the tempo of rock-androll;<br />
many no longer genuflect. Many, even adults,<br />
wander around the church and then sit down on<br />
benches without making any sort of sign of recognition<br />
of Our Lord in the Tabernacle. However,<br />
