frontally, <strong>and</strong> the head is slightly turned to his left. The weight of the body is on<br />

the left leg, which is straight. The right leg is at ease, curved from the knee. The<br />

upper body is nude. The muscles of his abdomen are indicated. The right part of<br />

his abdomen has been chipped off (not obviously ancient damage). A chlamys is<br />

draped over the left shoulder tied with a conical brooch, <strong>and</strong> surrounds the lower<br />

body from the back <strong>and</strong> crosses diagonally to his left side to cover the upper part<br />

of the right leg from the front. The left arm is covered by the chlamys, <strong>and</strong> the left<br />

h<strong>and</strong> is holding the fold of the chlamys just below the waist level so as to cover<br />

the upper right leg <strong>and</strong> the genitals. The pubic hair is slightly visible above the<br />

cloth. The right arm is raised rightwards from the elbow, <strong>and</strong> the forefinger <strong>and</strong><br />

the second finger of the right arm are stretched forward <strong>and</strong> the third <strong>and</strong> the<br />

fourth fingers are bent. The feet are bare <strong>and</strong> the little toes are bent over. The<br />

curly hair was cut short at the nape. He is beardless <strong>and</strong> young. The face does not<br />

have a portrait character, however, the facial features are clear. The pupils have<br />

not been carved. There are encrustations under his right arm.<br />

81). The weight of the body is on the right leg, the left leg is at ease <strong>and</strong> slightly<br />

curved from the knee. The body is shown frontally <strong>and</strong> the head is in profile,<br />

turned to her left. The right arm is wrapped in the himation, curved up from the<br />

elbow <strong>and</strong> the broken forefinger (ancient damage) of the right h<strong>and</strong> used to be<br />

touching her chin. The thumb of the right h<strong>and</strong> rests along her neck <strong>and</strong> the<br />

second, third <strong>and</strong> the fourth fingers are bent. The left arm is again wrapped in the<br />

himation <strong>and</strong> rests along the body horizontally from the left to the right side at the<br />

waist level. The left h<strong>and</strong> is holding a fold of the himation at the right side at the<br />
