habited dwelling unit serves as the principal use and<br />
is occupied by the owner of the material being stored.<br />
Licensed private passenger vehicles shall include only<br />
those vehicles used by the family occupying the<br />
principal use and shall not include antique vehicles,<br />
racing vehicles or other similar vehicles. The term<br />
"licensed private cars" shall also not include<br />
conveyances or vehicles equipped for living or camping<br />
purposes, not conveyances or vehicles capable of<br />
transporting more than ten (10) passengers.<br />
b. All such conveyances and/or man-made materials shall<br />
be stored in the rear yard subject to at least the<br />
minimum requirements placed on Accessory Buildings<br />
(SECTION 1503).<br />
c. The specific location on the lot or parcel for these<br />
stored conveyances and/or man-made materials shall be<br />
by indication on a plot plan of the lot or parcel, and<br />
shall be approved by the Board of Appeals.<br />
d. The conveyance and/or man-made material shall not exceed<br />
six (6) feet in height and shall be totally obscured<br />
from abutting property with an architectural wall, fence<br />
or greenbelt equal in height to the article being stored.<br />
e. Trailers, or any other conveyance, shall not be connected<br />
to sanitary facilities, nor be occupied while being<br />
stored. The Board of Appeals shall require proof from the<br />
petitioner that all parties immediately abutting any<br />
property upon which storage, under the provisions of this<br />
section, is being contemplated shall have been notified<br />
of the intended plan.<br />
granting temporary permits for open storage of any<br />
conveyance and/or man-made materials the Board of Appeals<br />
shall establish a specific period of time, not to<br />
exceed one (1) month, during which time the storage is<br />
permitted and shall find that storage within an accessory<br />
structure is impractical.<br />

Site plan for one-family cluster development on the NW corner of<br />
Adams Rd. and East Long Lake Road (5025 N. Adams) was reviewed with<br />
the petitioner, MV-Falcon Enterprises. The Commission advised the<br />
landscape detail should be submitted. Motion was made by Dickson,<br />
seconded by Little and was unanimously supported to table the site<br />
plan review for cluster development of ac. par. C-122, Section 12,<br />
located on the NW corner of Adams and Long Lake Road, for additional<br />
information and notification of neighbors.<br />

Holtzman & Silverman submitted a request to rezone part of acreage<br />
parcel C-32, Section 5, located on the north side of Square Lake<br />
Road, west of Telegraph from R-l to R-M. They proposed development<br />
of clustered type houses with a 200 ft. perpetual greenbelt along the<br />
east, west and south boundaries of the property. It would, however,<br />
be multiple density and condominiums with all houses being sold and<br />
not rented. There was discussion on the proposal in that it differs<br />
from typical multiples. Motion was made by Dickson, seconded by Low<br />
and was unanimously supported to call for a public hearing on Monday,
