Lou DesRosiers and Michael Demery presented a revised site plan
for the renovation of a portion of the former Wigg's building.
Parking in front of the building will have limited use and the
petitioners assured the Commission they will see there will be no
front door deliveries. Motion was made by Dickson, seconded by
Smith and was unanimously supported to forward the site plan for
Bloomfield Hills Research Industrial Park, Section 4, to the
M. A. Boggio representing H. Wallace Parker presented a revised
Alice Ave. This is essentially what was approved a couple of
lieu of masonry wall on the property line. Motion was made by
Lupin, seconded by Little and was unanimously supported to forward
the site plan for office building on Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5,
Bloomfield High Point Sub. of East Bloomfield Highlands, Section
contingent upon Board of Appeals review and approval of variances.
of an office building on the west side of Telegraph, north of
Ward Road and fronting on Ward Road on the property currently
occupied by the trailer park. Earl Ophoff presented their plan
for a second office building at Ward Road and Telegraph which
would be compatible with the existing one but not connected. He
stated they are at this time asking for consideration of the
concept and direction on change in zoning to provide for this
office building. There were twenty-five residents of the trailer
asking for information on the possibility of this change and what
the time frame would be if this change takes place. Those present
