BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP<br />

PLANNING COMMISSION<br />

November 4, 1985<br />

PRESENT: Thompon, Dickson, Lupin, Smith, Little<br />

Mr. Doug Keating presented a preliminary plat for 7 lots to be<br />

known as Forman Orchards Subdivision in Section 19, located on<br />

the north side of Quarton, west of Franklin Road. The parcel is<br />

approximately 6 acres and they are developing a little more than<br />

half of it. They anticipate they will also be the builder.<br />

Motion was made by Dickson, seconded by Lupin and was unanimously<br />

supported to forward the preliminary plat of Forman Orchards<br />

Subdivision, Section 19, to the planner for review.<br />

Mr. Sandy Hansell, President of Concerned Citizens of Bloomfield<br />

TovlIlShipwas present with about <strong>twenty</strong> five people requesting to<br />

speak to the Commission. Their group was recently formed because<br />

of concern regarding the intersection of Franklin and 14 Mile and<br />

the proposed office building currently in the process of site plan<br />

review. Mr. Hansel read and presented a letter to the Commission<br />

requesting that the OR-1 zoning classification on the property at<br />

this intersection be changed. The matter was taken under<br />

advisement by the Commission.<br />

Motion was made by Lupin, seconded by Dickson and was unanimously<br />

supported approving the October 7 and October 21, 1985 minutes as<br />

submitted.<br />
