WELCOME ABOARD, and thank you for choosing to fl y with us
today. Although United and Continental continue to operate
separately as we seek our single operating certifi cate from
our government, our customers are now seeing changes
that provide a more consistent travel experience across our
unparalleled worldwide network.
We have co-located our operations at more than 35
airports, and customers will begin to see more visible
signs of integration at many of the airports we serve. We
have rebranded our hub at Chicago’s O’Hare International
Airport, and throughout the next few months, we’ll roll out
new signage and branding at our other hubs.
We are also aligning many of the procedures and services
that aff ect our customers’ travel experience. For example,
we have introduced a consistent boarding process for United
and Continental fl ights and consistent minimum check-in
and boarding times for both domestic and international
fl ights, and aligned Premier Access services. At our largest

airports, customers can now use kiosks to check in and print
er which subsidiary they’re traveling
on that day.
Merger integration is a long process, and we still have a lot
of work ahead of us as we create the world’s leading airline.
Some highlights you’ll see over the course of the next year
include a single loyalty program and a single reservations
platform; we expect to launch both in early 2012.
