If trekking, climbing, surfing,
diving or even jumping out of
a plane is on your calendar
this summer, there are great
watches built specifically for
the demands of these activities.
Dive watches, for example, are
required to have at least 200
meters of water resistance, but
some go to 500 meters, 1,000
meters and even deeper. If these
watches can go down so far,
they should be able to withstand
the shower, the swimming pool
and the occasional foray into
the hot tub.
