far as you can note<br />
with your fingers (at<br />
first performances) that<br />
there is a hole between<br />
your scapulae and your<br />
back.<br />
Back MCscapulaDSR This exercise is a combination<br />
of MCscapulaISR1<br />
and MCscapulaISR2<br />
in a<br />
DSR fashion. Grasp<br />
your hands firmly behind<br />
your head and<br />
raise the arms towards<br />
sky in a straight line<br />
with the back, pulling<br />
outwards all the way.<br />
Without decreasing the<br />
outward tension, lower<br />
your arms to the initial<br />
position. Inhale while<br />
you are raising your<br />
arms and exhale in the<br />
downwards movement.<br />
<strong>The</strong> pace of exercise<br />
must be guided by the<br />
breathing.<br />
