exert an explosive (but<br />

careful and controlled)<br />

exhalation of the air<br />

very important point<br />

here is to be able to<br />

exhale the maximal<br />

amount of air of the<br />

lungs by diaphragmatic<br />

means only.<br />

Abdominals MC­abdominal­central Perform a new vacuum<br />

and place your palms<br />

exactly as if you were<br />

going to press with<br />

them, but don't press<br />

this time! Only feel the<br />

contact of the palms. In<br />

this very moment, exert<br />

a mental contraction<br />

on the rectus abdominis,<br />

visualizing<br />

and feeling the same<br />

sensation you had<br />

when you pressed with<br />

your hands over the<br />

legs. Do this contraction<br />

explosively, but<br />

with SMCB (slow<br />

breathing), without forcing<br />

the exhalation.<br />
