navel). A ballistic performance<br />
with SMCB<br />
could be easier at first.<br />
When you are able to<br />
fix the control, try to intensify<br />
it, visualize the<br />
isolated muscles in<br />
your mind clearly (don't<br />
use the mirror at the<br />
beginning).<br />

Practice slow controlled<br />
breathing<br />
(SMCB). You should<br />
observe that the abdomen<br />
depresses slightly<br />
with each exhalation.<br />
You must concentrate<br />
on this effect in order<br />
to increase the depression<br />
gradually without<br />
straining the breaths at<br />
all.<br />
