Shoulder DMC­shoulder­1 Fix an isolated contraction<br />

of the deltoids and<br />

move your shoulders<br />

very slowly in circles,<br />

forward, upwards,<br />

backwards and downwards.<br />

Regulate the<br />

motion with your<br />

breaths. Inhale in the<br />

first part of the movement<br />

and exhale for<br />

the next three parts.<br />

Shoulder DMC­shoulder­2 Raise your arms slowly<br />

from bottom position<br />

as far as you reach the<br />

crucifix position holding<br />

the deltoid isolation<br />

throughout the motion.<br />

Lower your arms in the<br />

same form. Inhale<br />

while you are raising<br />

your arms and exhale<br />

while you are lowering<br />

them.<br />
