Arm MC­biceps­1 Bend your arm as far<br />

as your forearm almost<br />

touch your biceps and<br />

perform a slow and<br />

progressive contraction<br />

just below the vibrating<br />

point of the muscle.<br />

Don't allow your<br />

muscles cramp, it does<br />

not produce any additional<br />

benefit and can<br />

be dangerous. <strong>The</strong> biceps<br />

can be (and<br />

should be) controlled in<br />

several joint angles in<br />

this position.<br />

Arm MC­biceps­2 Bend your arm forming<br />

an angle of 90°<br />

between the forearm<br />

and the biceps. Contract<br />

slowly and keep<br />

the tension. <strong>The</strong> biceps<br />

can be (and should be)<br />

controlled in several<br />

joint angles in this position.<br />
