Shoulder MC­shoulder­DSR­2 Try to shrug one<br />

shoulder with the arm<br />

straight while you resist<br />

the movement with the<br />

opposite hand.<br />

Shoulder MC­shoulder­DSR­3 Keep one arm straight<br />

in his bottom position<br />

and try to elevate it in<br />

front of you as far as it<br />

points to the roof. Resist<br />

the motion with the<br />

opposite hand pressing<br />

over the front of the<br />

resisted wrist with the<br />

fist firmly clenched.<br />
