part of the country but fell short of the basis for raising<br />

storm signal. Issued twice a day <strong>at</strong> 11 AM and 11 PM.<br />

- Tropical Cyclone Warning – There is immedi<strong>at</strong>e thre<strong>at</strong><br />

in a particular part of the country. Issued 4 times a day<br />

<strong>at</strong> 5AM, 11AM, 5PM, and 11PM.<br />
