Construction is allowed for Alpine huts,<br />
permanent bivouacs open to the public<br />
and similar structures, work on upgra<strong>di</strong>ng,<br />
refurbishing, and setting out new hiking trails,<br />
hydrological works, avalanche barrier systems,<br />
and infrastructures for preventing and fighting<br />
fires. Change of use is not allowed. Routine<br />
and extraor<strong>di</strong>nary maintenance, restoration and<br />
redevelopment as well as extensions are allowed<br />
to the extent provided for in Art 4 of Regional<br />
Law 24/1985 (for buil<strong>di</strong>ngs for public use).<br />
The following are permitted: routine and<br />
extraor<strong>di</strong>nary maintenance, restoration and<br />
redevelopment, demolition and re-buil<strong>di</strong>ng for<br />
essential reasons of stability, in terms of Art 4 and<br />
7 of Regional Law 24/1985, as well as buil<strong>di</strong>ng<br />
and upgra<strong>di</strong>ng of roads and tracks to serve the<br />
forests, and equipment, plants, and temporary<br />
depots for forestry works.<br />
No buil<strong>di</strong>ng is allowed in this sub-zone.<br />
Forestry areas are managed in terms of a forestry<br />
redevelopment plan, as provided for in Art 24<br />
of Regional Law 52/1978 and in the manner<br />
expressed in the regional forestry planning<br />
<strong>di</strong>rectives and regulations. In general, surfaces<br />
are left to spontaneous evolution and use of the<br />
forests is normally not allowed, excepting for the<br />
cases laid down in the forestry redevelopment<br />
plan for cultivation and phytosanitary purposes.<br />
No buil<strong>di</strong>ng allowed. The bush cannot be used<br />
excepting for phytosanitary purposes.<br />
No buil<strong>di</strong>ng is allowed in this sub-zone.<br />
Changing the use of existing buil<strong>di</strong>ngs is not<br />
allowed, although routine and extraor<strong>di</strong>nary<br />
maintenance, restoration, and redevelopment<br />
may be carried out on them, in compliance<br />
with Art 4 and 7 of Regional Law 24/1985. The<br />
buil<strong>di</strong>ng and maintenance of roads and tracks<br />
to serve the grasslands and bush is allowed, as is<br />
agricultural use of marginal areas, when these are<br />
already naturally or artificially covered by bush<br />
or trees. Use for forestry is subject to specific<br />
regulations.<br />
Buil<strong>di</strong>ng of new clusters of Alpine huts is allowed<br />
as are routine and extraor<strong>di</strong>nary maintenance,<br />
restoration and redevelopment, as laid down<br />
in Art 4 and 7 of Regional Law 24/1985. The<br />
construction and maintenance of roads and<br />
tracks to serve the pastures is allowed as is<br />
pastoral activity subject to specific regulations<br />
The grass in this area must be kept properly cut.<br />
The provisions of Regional Law 18/1990 must<br />
be applied.
