MEETING SPOTS
SCHEDULE REMINDERS:
■ Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday plenaries begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. each day.
■ The Expo Hall opens at 8:30 a.m. and closes at 3:30 p.m. daily except Friday, when it closes at 11:15 a.m.
Back by popular demand is dedicated Expo time on Thursday from 10:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m.—no sessions
scheduled during this time.
■ Transition time between sessions is 30 minutes, allowing you more time to connect with your peers and
get to your next event.
■ The Annual Business Meeting and International Education Video Celebration take place on Wednesday
from 8:00 a.m.-8:45 a.m. Continental breakfast is provided.
■ Continue learning after you go home! Session audio recordings are included with full conference
registration, providing attendees with unlimited access to more than 125 recorded sessions after the
conference via web streaming.
Looking to set up some last-minute meetings? Keep an eye out for
meeting spots throughout the convention center and the headquarters
hotel. Meeting spots are clearly marked with signs and are great places
for meeting colleagues:

■ Meeting Spot #3-World's Fair, Second Floor Atrium
