MEETING SPOTS<br />
SCHEDULE REMINDERS:<br />
■ Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday plenaries begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. each day.<br />
■ The Expo Hall opens at 8:30 a.m. and closes at 3:30 p.m. daily except Friday, when it closes at 11:15 a.m.<br />
Back by popular demand is dedicated Expo time on Thursday from 10:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m.—no sessions<br />
scheduled during this time.<br />
■ Transition time between sessions is 30 minutes, allowing you more time to connect with your peers and<br />
get to your next event.<br />
■ The Annual Business Meeting and International Education Video Celebration take place on Wednesday<br />
from 8:00 a.m.-8:45 a.m. Continental breakfast is provided.<br />
■ Continue learning after you go home! Session audio recordings are included with full conference<br />
registration, providing attendees with unlimited access to more than 125 recorded sessions after the<br />
conference via web streaming.<br />
Looking to set up some last-minute meetings? Keep an eye out for<br />
meeting spots throughout the convention center and the headquarters<br />
hotel. Meeting spots are clearly marked with signs and are great places<br />
for meeting colleagues:<br />

■ Meeting Spot #2-Lewis & Clark, Plaza Lobby<br />
■ Meeting Spot #3-World's Fair, Second Floor Atrium<br />
