This session presents a 2012 study on the<br />
funding models used by the international<br />
offices of 30 U.S. public universities.<br />
International education leaders will learn<br />
how one office transitioned from state<br />
funding to self-support. The session<br />
concludes with an examination of an office<br />
with a variety of successful self-support<br />
mechanisms already in place.<br />

rules and regulations involved in sending<br />
students abroad from the United States<br />
can be challenging when students are not<br />
U.S. citizens. This session includes<br />
presentations and discussion on visa<br />
issues and how to support these students.<br />
An empirical study on the international<br />
student experience on study abroad is<br />
