Chapter 4: Performing an <strong>OpenEdge</strong> <strong>Installation</strong> in Windows<br />

4. Choose Next. The Working Paths dialog box appears:<br />

5. Enter the path information in the Working Path, Source Path, <strong>and</strong> GUI Path<br />

fields. The fields contain default entries based on the information you provided<br />

when you installed <strong>OpenEdge</strong>.<br />

Note: The Working Path must not be under your <strong>OpenEdge</strong> installation<br />

directory. Otherwise, you can lose all of your work during future installs <strong>and</strong><br />

upgrades of these products. Enter the path of your icfdb database <strong>and</strong> the<br />

database connection parameters.<br />

6. After you enter the appropriate path information, choose Next. The ICFDB<br />

Parameters dialog box appears:<br />
