The personnel of the protected
area are qualified to carry out the
works of management.
Nevertheless, it is required to
devise a plan or programs of
training with the purpose of
bringing up to date and to
reinforce the abilities and
knowledge of the officials.
Some of the training required are:
Related to the functions of the park
ranger, for example: team
management, data processing/GPS,
maps, compass, first aids, basic
English, control of fires,
interpretation of paths and rescue of
fauna.
