SYNOPSIS
The great god El of the Babylonians is related to Saturn-Cronos in Capricorn. The
Astrological sequence from Capricorn is given in the section on Middle Eastern Concepts

The major astrological key to the four quadrants of the zodiac should be compared with
the sequence which primarily deals with the life of Baal, who symbolizes the descent and
ascent of the Soul. It is a mistake to relate the cycle through the zodiac to the vegetation
cycle of the Sun through the year.
