12.2 Default settings of the printer driver
When you have installed the printer driver, you need to change the initialization conditions such as options
and enable functions of the machine from the printer driver.
NOTICE
Any options that are installed in the machine but not configured on the printer driver cannot be used by the
printer driver. Be sure to configure the settings for the installed options.

- The names of setting items or the order in which they are displayed are different depending on your OS,
its version, or the CUPS version.
- Only the descriptions of the machine-specific functions are provided in this chapter.
12.2.1 Displaying the Settings Page
1 Start up the Web browser.
2 Enter the URL "http://localhost:631", and then click [Manage Printers].
The following window appears.
3 Click [Set Printer Options].
The printer driver settings page appears.
12.2.2 [Options Installed]
Item Name Functions
[Paper Source Unit] Select [Unit 3 + Unit 4] if an optional Paper Feed Cabinet PC-211 has been
installed.
[Hard Disk] Select [Installed].
[Finisher] Select [Installed] if an optional Finisher FS-529 has been installed.
