Tan Sri Ibrahim Menudin<br />

(Independent Non-Executive Director)<br />

Tan Sri Ibrahim Menudin, aged 62, a Malaysian, was appointed to<br />

the Board of SapuraCrest on 22 November 2007.<br />

Tan Sri Ibrahim graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from<br />

University of Western Australia. He is a Fellow of The Institute<br />

of Chartered Accountants in Australia, member of the Malaysian<br />

Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Malaysian<br />

Institute of Accountants.<br />

Tan Sri Ibrahim began his career in the Sabah State Civil Service<br />

and became the Accountant General of Sabah from 1976 to 1979.<br />

In 1980, he resigned from the Service to become the Chief Executive<br />

Officer of Bumiputra Investment Fund of Sabah until 1985. During<br />

his tenure there, he had also served as the Chairman of Sabah Gas<br />

Industries Sdn Bhd, Deputy Chairman of Sabah Forest Industries<br />

Sdn Bhd and was a board member of other Sabah Government<br />

corporations involved in finance, forestry, manufacturing,<br />

plantations, hotel and property development.<br />

Tan Sri Ibrahim was appointed the Group Chief Executive of<br />

Malaysia Mining Corporation Berhad from March 1986 to 31<br />

October 2001. He was also the Chairman of Malaysia Smelting<br />

Corporation Berhad, Gas Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Malakoff Berhad and a<br />

Board Member of Ashton Mining Limited (Australia) and Plutonic<br />

Resources Ltd (Australia).<br />

Tan Sri Ibrahim was also the Special Advisor to the Chief Minister of<br />

Sabah from February 2002 until March 2004.<br />

Currently, Tan Sri Ibrahim is the Chairman of Suria Capital Holdings<br />

Berhad and the Deputy Chairman of Sabah Forestry Development<br />

Authority (SAFODA).<br />

Dato’ Fauziah Dato’ Ismail<br />

(Independent Non-Executive Director)<br />

Dato’ Fauziah Dato’ Ismail, aged 67, a Malaysian, was first<br />

appointed to the Board of SapuraCrest on 22 October 2001 as a<br />

nominee of UEM Land Berhad (previously the holding company of<br />

SapuraCrest) and has remained on the Board since then save for a<br />

brief duration between 17 July 2003 to 24 July 2003. Dato’ Fauziah<br />

is a member of the Company’s Audit and Option Committees.<br />

Dato’ Fauziah holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from University of<br />

Malaya, a postgraduate Diploma in Development Administration<br />

from the London School of Economics & Political Sciences, and a<br />

Master in Public Administration from the University of Houston,<br />

USA. She also attended a certificate course at Harvard Institute of<br />

International Development (HIID) of Harvard University, USA in<br />

Public Enterprise Management and Privatisation.<br />

Dato’ Fauziah served in the Malaysian Administration and<br />

Diplomatic Services from 1966 to her retirement in 1997 in various<br />

positions and capacities. She served, amongst others, in the Public<br />

Services Department, the Prime Minister’s Department and the<br />

Ministry of Rural Development. In her job at the Implementation<br />

Unit of the Prime Minister’s Department, she was involved in the<br />

administration of the Petroleum Development Act in developing<br />

Malaysia’s petroleum industry, including the development of<br />

Bumiputera participation in the industry.<br />

Currently, Dato’ Fauziah is also on the Board of Sapura Resources<br />

Berhad, KAF-Seagroatt & Campbell Berhad and CCK Consolidated<br />

Holdings Berhad.
