Check the delivery for completeness and transport damage immediately
following receipt.
Proceed as follows in case of externally visible transport damage:
Reject delivery or accept delivery only conditionally.
Note the extent of damage on the transport documents or the
delivery note of the carrier.
Notify Gonotec GmbH and initiate a complaint.
File a complaint about every defect as soon as it is detected.
Claims for damages can only be filed within applicable
complaint deadlines.
