There are plenty of possibilities to access the Internet in Estonia. The number of wifi (wireless
Internet) areas is growing constantly, and wifi can be accessed for free in several pubs, hotels,
petrol stations and public buildings. several Internet cafés operate in bigger cities.
Public Internet points can be found in most libraries. The terms of use may vary from place to
place – using a computer is generally free of charge, but a fee may be requested for booking
in advance. sometimes the usage terms limit the amount of time that a computer may be used
per day or week by one person.

Estonian Post has many offices across Estonia. sending a regular
letter within Estonia (up to 20 g) costs 4.40 kroons (0.28 €).
Air mail to the Baltic states and scandinavian countries costs
6.00 kroons (0.38 €), to the rest of Europe and several countries
in Central Asia, is 6.50 (0.41 €), and to other countries the price is
8.00 kroons (0.51 €). If your letter weighs more than 20 grams, the
price is higher.
