are analyzed. It is shown that these currents are generated predominantly by the z<strong>on</strong>al<br />
comp<strong>on</strong>ent of wind stress, in which the half-year harm<strong>on</strong>ic dominates. This leads to the fact<br />
that the equatorial surface current also changes its directi<strong>on</strong> with a half-year periodicity almost<br />
in phase with the wind. <str<strong>on</strong>g>The</str<strong>on</strong>g> oppositely directed subsurface compensati<strong>on</strong>al countercurrent<br />
changes its directi<strong>on</strong> with a time lag of approximately <strong>on</strong>e m<strong>on</strong>th. Gradient currents, which<br />
appear in the Bay of Bengal due to the riverine runoff, make an important c<strong>on</strong>tributi<strong>on</strong> to the<br />
circulati<strong>on</strong>. This effect manifests itself especially str<strong>on</strong>gly in the summer during the peak of the<br />
Ganges River runoff, which transports fresh turbid waters. <str<strong>on</strong>g>The</str<strong>on</strong>g> principal features of the<br />
large-scale quasi-stati<strong>on</strong>ary gyre structure of the Indian Ocean such as the Great Whirl,<br />
Socotra high, and Laccadive high and low are simulated.<br />

Air is the certain compositi<strong>on</strong> of different gases. If the percent of these compositi<strong>on</strong>s be<br />
changed which has been harmful effectiveness <strong>on</strong> human health or alive things,it be called air<br />
polluti<strong>on</strong>. For numerising the quality of air and reporting it to comm<strong>on</strong>, Air Quality Indices were<br />
been used thus polluti<strong>on</strong> standard index is <strong>on</strong>e of these indecies. A standard Air Quality Index<br />
changes the density of surface pollutants to a dimenti<strong>on</strong>less number. This index classified by<br />
50 units that each number expresses the especial c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong> of air quality by Good, Moderate,<br />
Unhealthy and very Unhealthy words. <str<strong>on</strong>g>The</str<strong>on</strong>g> goal of this investigati<strong>on</strong> is stuying the effect of<br />
meteorological parameters <strong>on</strong> Esfahan Air Quality Index by Isfahan Meteorological Weather<br />
Stati<strong>on</strong>, Envir<strong>on</strong>mental Organizati<strong>on</strong> Stati<strong>on</strong>s. So, first of all we calculated air quality index by<br />
special software during 1383-1385. Because of Oz<strong>on</strong>e is very important for determining Air<br />
Quality Index so we studied it during 1995-2005.For determining the effectes of meteorological<br />
parameters <strong>on</strong> Air Quality Index we used the meteorological data <strong>on</strong> surface and 13 standard<br />
upper levels. Calculati<strong>on</strong>s expressed that Maximum Temperature, Average Temperature,<br />
Total Solar Radiati<strong>on</strong> and surface Pressure have str<strong>on</strong>g effects <strong>on</strong> Total Oz<strong>on</strong> measurments.<br />
Dioxside Nitrogene in spring and summer, Dioxside Sulfure in autumn and winter had<br />
maximum values. Dencity of Carb<strong>on</strong>m<strong>on</strong>oxide changes with trafic pattrern and man activities<br />
and its values upper than other pollutants. Dencity of Pulb and Cadmium changes with traffic<br />
pattern. Particular Matter in dry days had upper levels in compare of wet days and more than<br />
half of them had about 0.1 micrometere diameter. Normalised Residual Mass Curve of Total<br />
Oz<strong>on</strong>e showed that Oz<strong>on</strong> fluctuati<strong>on</strong>s decreses in recent years. Upper level meteorological<br />
parameters had str<strong>on</strong>g effect <strong>on</strong> Oz<strong>on</strong> especially temperature in 50 milibar level. Total oz<strong>on</strong>e<br />
in spring had high valuse and in winter had low values. We calculated the statistical<br />
relati<strong>on</strong>ships between Air Quality Index and meteorological parameters <strong>on</strong> surface and upper<br />
standard levels. Calculati<strong>on</strong>s showes that relati<strong>on</strong>ships between Total Oz<strong>on</strong>e and Total Sun<br />
Radiati<strong>on</strong> is more than Sunny Hours.Termal Island Effect <strong>on</strong> Isfahan city due to c<strong>on</strong>suming<br />
