HPCL, Visakh Refinery.
7.3.3. ENVELOPE-III (Priced Bid) :
a) This should contain only Part-II containing schedule of lumpsum price (Proforma V) and
price break up schedule (Proforma VI) duly filled the price along with only covering letter
(Same covering letter as enclosed to technical and unpriced bid). No other conditions
should be written in Part-II.
b) The above quoted lumpsum price (Proforma V) shall be firm till completion of work and
shall be inclusive of all taxes & duties (like Sales tax, non cenvatable Service Tax, WCT,
Entry tax, non cenvatable Excise duty, non cenvatable CVD, Education Cess, Octroi and
an other taxes, duties & levies) and excluding Cenvatable CVD, Cenvatable excise duty,
Cenvatable service tax and input tax credit under AP VAT.
c) The Tenderer should quote separately " Amount of Cenvatable service tax", “Cenvatable
amount towards Excise duty/CVD" & " Amount for which Input tax credit shall be available
to HPCL" as per the Proforma's V.a, V.b & V.c and the same shall be reimbursed to the
contractor on production of all related documents.
Please note that the Priced Bid should not contain any conditions or deviations failing
which agency’s offer shall be summarily rejected.
