1.0 SIGNING OF THE CONTRACT:

Upon receipt of the intimation from HPCL that the contract is ready for signing,
the contractor has to visit HPCL and sign the contract.
2.0 CORRESPONDENCE PROCEDURE
2.1 Project Manger shall communicate with HPCL and with Cosmos Engineering
Project Services Pvt. Ltd. (CEPS) through HPCL at the following address.

2.2 Contractor shall indicate the official address of the Project manager with
telephone, fax numbers, E- mail address, his residential phone numbers etc.
All communication shall be by Fax/E-mail/Courier. For speedy transmission of
documents, all documents shall be forwarded through a reputed courier
service.
2.3 At site contractor shall establish a fully equipped site office with Fax,
telephone etc., Contractor also shall provide office accommodation for
consultants engineers who shall be stationed at site for supervision and
inspection.
