4. Detailed fabrication drawings for Hydrocarbon and Super heated steam
coil work as necessary.
5. Detailed fabrication drawings for Convection Section steel work
6. Detailed fabrication drawings for casing plates
7. Detailed fabrication drawings for End Tube Sheets.
8. Detailed fabrication drawings for Header boxes.
9. Detailed fabrication drawings for bracings.
10. Detailed fabrication drawings of stack and associated structurals
11. Detailed fabrication drawings for ducts
12. Detailed fabrication drawings for platforms with hand railing at different
elevations.
13. Detailed fabrication drawings for access ladders / stairs
14. Detailed fabrication drawings of G.I. Gratings with supporting clamps.

4.3 FABRICATION:
4.3.1 Fabrication of convection sections and stacks:
a. Fabrication of Convection Section Steel frame structures, built up
sections, casing plates, End Tube sheets, header boxes
b. Fabrication and welding of SS sleeves in End tube sheets.
