BIDDER PREQUALIFICATION CRITERIA<br />
1. The bidder shall be a manufacturer <strong>of</strong> Convection section and Stack <strong>of</strong> Furnaces.<br />
2. Bidder shall have engineered, manufactured, assembled, supplied, erected and<br />
tested at least one no. convection section and stack (both refractory lined) <strong>of</strong><br />
fired heater in a running refinery/ petrochemical complex, with a minimum single<br />
basic order value <strong>of</strong> not less than Rs. 960 Lakhs (Rupees Nine hundred and sixty<br />
lakhs only).<br />
OR<br />
Two similar completed works <strong>of</strong> not less than Rs.600 lakhs (Rupees Six hundred<br />
lakhs only) each.<br />
OR<br />
Three similar completed works <strong>of</strong> not less than Rs. 480 lakhs (Rupees four<br />
hundred and eighty lakhs only) each.<br />
3. The vendor shall have experience in all <strong>of</strong> the following :<br />
Material <strong>of</strong> construction <strong>of</strong> Convection section tubes (studded / plain) SA<br />
335 P5 or P9.<br />
Fabrication <strong>of</strong> Steam coils with SA 106 Gr. B with IBR Inspection and IBR<br />
approval.<br />
Convection section weighing minimum 80 MT in either one module or two<br />
modules put together.<br />
