673 Cleaning the parts in contact<br />
with foodstuffs<br />
Clean all the parts of the vending machine which<br />
are in contact with foodstuffs<br />
- wash your hands carefully<br />
- prepare a chlorine-based anti-bacterial<br />
cleaning solution - they can be purchased at<br />
chemists - following the concentrations given<br />
on the product instruction label<br />
- remove all the product containers from the<br />
vending machine (fig 21)<br />

- remove their covers, bushes and conveyors<br />
(fig 22) Plunge all parts into the solution,<br />
apart from the steel spiral conveyor<br />

Important<br />
Do not plunge the spiral conveyor into the<br />
chlorine-based solution; clean it with washing up<br />
detergent and rinse carefully<br />

- remove all the powder conveyors, water<br />
funnels, mixer chambers and fans, silicone<br />
hoses and plunge them into the solution<br />
