IT is hereby notified, for general information, that<br />
it is the intention of His Excellency the Governor,<br />
under the provisions of the Road Districts Act,<br />
1919-1951, to sever from the Albany Road District<br />
the land described in the Schedule "A" hereto, and<br />
annex it to the Albany Municipal District so as to<br />
constitute that portion of the annexed areas shown<br />
in Schedule "B" hereto as a portion of the North<br />
Ward and that portion of the annexed area shown<br />
as Schedule "C" hereto as a portion of the North-<br />
East Ward.<br />
Plans showing the proposed alterations may be<br />
seen at the Local Government Department, 776 Hay<br />
Street, Perth.<br />

NOTICE is hereby given, and it is hereby declared, that the several pieces or parcels of land described in the Schedule<br />
heretobeing all in the Avon Districthave, in pursuance of the written approval and consent of His Excellency the Governor,<br />
acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council, dated the 13th day of May, 1953, been set apart, taken, or resumed<br />
for the purposes of the following public work, namely :Eastern RailwayAdditions and ImprovementsCottages for<br />
Railway Employees at Northam.<br />
And further notice is hereby given that the said pieces or parcels of land so set apart, taken or resumed are marked<br />
off and more particularly described on Plan, P.W.D., WA., 33658 (L.T.O. Diagram 17814), which may be inspected at the<br />
Office of the Minister for Works, Perth.<br />
And it is hereby directed that the said lands shall vest in Her Majesty for an estate in fee simple in possession<br />
for the public work herein expressed, freed and discharged from all trusts, mortgages, charges, obligations, estates, interests,<br />
rights-of.way or other easements whatsoever.<br />
