IN accordance with the provisions of the Metropolitan Water Supply, Sewerage and Drainage Act, 1909, it is hereby notified that sewers and other apparatus have been completed, and are now available for use in extension to Area No. 16, Fremantle, within the boundaries of East Fremantle Municipality, to serve lots Nos. 9 and 10, Wolseley Road. Owners of the above properties are hereby notified that such properties are capable of being connected to the sewer and must, therefore, connect their premises to the sewers within 30 days from date of service of prescribed notice, and are also notified that sewerage rates will, in accordance with the by-laws, be enforced from 1st July, 1953, if premises not previously connected, and be payable in advance. If premises are connected prior to 1st July, 1953, rates will be charged from date of connection. A plan of the works to be carried out at each property must first be obtained from the Department.
