TAKE notice that it is the intention of the Warden<br />
of the Goldfleld mentioned hereunder, on the date<br />
mentioned, to issue out of the Warden's Court an<br />
order authorising the cancellation of registration<br />
of the undermèntioned Mining Tenements, in<br />
accordance with Regulation 180 of the Mining Act,<br />
1904. An order may issue in the absence of the<br />
registered holder, but should he desire to object<br />
to such order he must, before the date mentioned,<br />
lodge at the Warden's Office an objection containing<br />
the grounds of such objection, and, on the date<br />
mentioned, the Warden will proceed to hear and<br />
determine the same, in accordance with the evidence<br />
then submitted.<br />
