Notice of Dissolution of Partnership.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
heretofore subsisting between Robert Davison and
John Edward Wheatley Topham, carrying on business
as Drapers and Mercers at Bayley Street, Coolgardie,
under the style or firm name of "Davison &
Topham," has been dissolved as from the 2nd day
of March, 1953, the said Robert Davison retiring.
from the said firm.
The said John Edward Wheatley Topham is
entitled to receive the whole of the assets of the
sa.id late Partnership and is to pay the liabilities
thereof.
