Notice of Dissolution of Partnership.<br />

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership<br />

heretofore subsisting between Robert Davison and<br />

John Edward Wheatley Topham, carrying on business<br />

as Drapers and Mercers at Bayley Street, Coolgardie,<br />

under the style or firm name of "Davison &<br />

Topham," has been dissolved as from the 2nd day<br />

of March, 1953, the said Robert Davison retiring.<br />

from the said firm.<br />

The said John Edward Wheatley Topham is<br />

entitled to receive the whole of the assets of the<br />

sa.id late Partnership and is to pay the liabilities<br />
