WHEREAS by the Country Areas Water Supply<br />
Act, 1947-1951, it is provided that before undertaking<br />
the construction of water works, the Minister<br />
shall submit plans, descriptions, books of ref erence<br />
and estimates of the proposed works to the<br />
Governor for approval; and that if they are<br />
approved, the Governor may forthwith by Order<br />
in Council, empower the Minister to undertake the<br />
construction of the proposed works: Now, therefore,<br />
His Excellency the Governor, with the advice<br />
of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the<br />
plans, descriptions, books of reference and estimates<br />
marked on Plan P.W.D., W.A., 33615, for the extension<br />
of pipe to Narembeen Reservoir which was<br />
duly submitted for approval, and hereby empowers<br />
the Minister to undertake the construction of the<br />
said works.<br />
