NATIVE ADMINISTRATION ACT, 1905-1947.

HIS Excellency the Governor in Executive Council, under the provisions of the
Native Administration Act, 1905-1947, has been pleased to amend in the
manner mentioned in the schedule hereunder the Native Administration Regulations,
1938, published in the Government Gazette on the 1st day of November,
1938, and amended from time to time thereafter by notices published in the
Government Gazette.

Schedule.
The abovementioned regulations are amended as follows :-
1. Regulation 157 (G. G. 16/8/40) is amendedby
inserting after the word "charges" in line four the words "not
to exceed the scale prescribed in the Second Schedule to these
regulations"; and
by deleting from lines six and seven the words "in accordance with
the scale prescribed in the Second Schedule to these regulations".
2. The Second Schedule (G.G. 8/8/52) in amended by deleting the words
and figures "Charges for Maintenance or other Accommodation, as from the
day of , 1952" and inserting in lieu thereof the words
and figures "Charges for Maintenance or other Accommodation as from the
15th day of May, 1953".
