HIS Excellency the Governor in Executive Council, under the provisions of the<br />

Native Administration Act, 1905-1947, has been pleased to amend in the<br />

manner mentioned in the schedule hereunder the Native Administration Regulations,<br />

1938, published in the Government Gazette on the 1st day of November,<br />

1938, and amended from time to time thereafter by notices published in the<br />

Government Gazette.<br />

Schedule.<br />

The abovementioned regulations are amended as follows :-<br />

1. Regulation 157 (G. G. 16/8/40) is amendedby<br />

inserting after the word "charges" in line four the words "not<br />

to exceed the scale prescribed in the Second Schedule to these<br />

regulations"; and<br />

by deleting from lines six and seven the words "in accordance with<br />

the scale prescribed in the Second Schedule to these regulations".<br />

2. The Second Schedule (G.G. 8/8/52) in amended by deleting the words<br />

and figures "Charges for Maintenance or other Accommodation, as from the<br />

day of , 1952" and inserting in lieu thereof the words<br />

and figures "Charges for Maintenance or other Accommodation as from the<br />

15th day of May, 1953".<br />
